2 MINIMUM AGE The Website is offered and available to Users who are a minimum of 18 years old. You should not use the Website if You are younger than the aforementioned age. When accessing or using CCMS, LTCF saves client’s data on the CCMS database. We deploy advanced technology for safeguarding the CCMS database; however, We will not be responsible for any data theft or unauthorized access to the database arising out of LTCF’s client or LTCF’s negligence concerning the handling or managing of their respective passwords or failing to observe security protocols.
